Loyalty Ranges Status Report

This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Loyalty Ranges Status report.

Opening Report

You can find the report at Reports > Store > Sales > Loyalty Ranges Status Report. For more information, see Viewing Reports.

Viewing Report

The Loyalty Ranges Status report provides information on the ranges of the loyalty programs set up for the account at Settings > Loyalty. The range request is sent by the customer and approved or declined by the Petrosoft operator.

Loyalty ranges are the ranges of the loyalty card numbers setup for the specific loyalty program and the specific account.

The report contains the following information:

  • Loyalty Program: Loyalty program name used in all forms.
  • Title: Loyalty range title, used only in the range request.
  • Type: Type of the loyalty range (e.g. Loyalty, QwickServe, Discount, Gift).
  • Value: Value in $, applied only for "Discount" and "Gift").
  • IDs Total: Total number of the loyalty IDs/cards.
  • Free IDs: Number of the unassigned loyalty IDs/cards .
  • Notes: Any notes.
  • Created: Date of the range request creation.
  • Approved: Date of the range request approval.

Additional Actions

To reload the form, click Refresh.

To open the Petrosoft University Portal, click Help.

To create a ticket, click Feedback.
