Accepting Accumulated Pending Shifts in Bulk
In some cases you may experience issues with automatic shifts acceptance. As a result, you may observe a large number of shifts accumulated in the Pending status. In such cases, if your shifts follow one after another, in consecutive order, you may relaunch the automatic shifts acceptance manually:
- Turn off the automatic shifts acceptance options.
- Accept the first pending shift manually
For more information, see Reviewing and Accepting Shifts. - Turn on the automatic shifts acceptance options back.
- Make sure the rest accumulated shift are accepted automatically.
Turning Off the Automatic Shifts Acceptance Options
To turn off the automatic shift acceptance options in CStoreOffice®:
- Turn off the Accept shifts automatically option:
- From the main CStoreOffice® main page, go to Data Entry > Dashboard > Station Options.
- In the Cash Register options form, switch to the Advanced mode.
- In the Shared Options section, from the Accept shifts automatically list, select Off.
- At the top right of the form, click Save.
- Turn off the Sabotage Prevention System option:
- Go to MISC > Station Options.
- Unselect the Sabotage Prevention System option.
- At the top right of the form, click Save.
Turning On the Automatic Shifts Acceptance Options
To turn on the automatic shift acceptance options in CStoreOffice®:
- From the main CStoreOffice® main page, go to Data Entry > Dashboard > Station Options.
- In the Cash Register options form, switch to the Advanced mode.
- In the Shared Options section, from the Accept shifts automatically list, select Direct Accept based on shift period.
- At the top right of the form, click Save.
Please note that when the Direct Accept based on shift period value is selected in the Accept shifts automatically list, the Sabotage Prevention System option is selected automatically.
