This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the List of Categories report.
Opening Report
You can find the report at Reports > PB > Set up and maintenance > List of Categories. For more information, see Viewing Reports.
Viewing Report
List of Categories report provides the items quantity grouped by categories for your station.
The report contains the following information:
- Name: Category name.
- Items QTY: The number of items within the category.
Working with Report
You can perform the following operations with the List of Categories report:
- To view the number of active items only for each category, select the Active Items Only option.
- To view the number of all items, including active and inactive, for each category, clear the Active Items Only option.
- To open the category setup form, click the category name.
