Invoice History Report

This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Invoice History report.

Opening the Report

You can open the report in the following ways:

  • Go to Reports > Store > Merchandise > Deliveries and Invoices > Invoices > click invoice you are interested in > click the Invoice History button. For more information, see Viewing Reports.
  • Go to Home Page > Pending Invoices > click invoice you are interested in > click the Invoice History button.

Viewing the Report

The Invoice History report s report provides advanced information on the selected invoice.

The report contains the following information:

  • General invoice information:
  • Invoice Type
  • Vendor
  • Date
  • Shift
  • Invoice ID
  • Other Charges
  • Total
  • Created By
  • Creation Date
  • Accepted By
  • Accepted Date
  • Invoice Documents
  • Detailed Invoice Information
  • Quantity
  • Cat #
  • Category Description
  • Cost
  • Retail
  • Profit
  • GPM Range

Additional Actions

  • To view more detailed information on the items in the category, in the report results, click this category. You can view the following details on the category:
  • Qty
  • Pack
  • Size
  • Category number
  • CR Department number
  • Price Group
  • Promo Group
  • Description
  • Item number
  • Unit Cost
  • Extended Cost
  • Retail Price
  • Retail Extension
  • Profit

  • To view the invoice history, click the Invoice History button. You can view the following data in the invoice history report:
  • Date
  • Action
  • Name
  • Changes

  • (For unaudited periods only) To append the invoice back to pending invoices, click the Append to Pending Invoices button.
  • To save the invoice in XLS file, click the Download button.
