Security Clearance Report

This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Security Clearance Report.

Opening Report

You can find the report at Reports > H.R.  > Employment History. For more information, see Viewing Reports.

Viewing Report

The Security Clearance Report is a log that shows the last time a particular user from the account has logged into the system. Based on the report data, the owner can monitor that the managers are actually logging in to complete their paperwork.

The Report contains the following information:

  • Name
  • Type
  • Companies
  • Departments
  • Divisions
  • Stations
  • Date of Last Access
  • Edit

Sorting Report Data

You can display the subtotal for the report data by the following criteria:

  • Not: This options is selected by default.
  • By User Type
  • By Companies
  • By Divisions
  • By Stations

To display the subtotals by the criteria you need, in the Subtotal by list, select the criteria and then click Refresh.

Additional Actions

To display the Data Types column in the report, click Show Datatypes.

To hide the Data Types column from the report, click Hide data types.

To print the report, click Print Version.

To open report in MS Excel, click Convert to Excel.

To open the CStoreOffice® Help, click Help.

To create a ticket, click Feedback.

To edit the employee's data, click Edit.
