Personal Information Report

This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Personal Information Report.

Opening the Report

You can find the report at Reports > H.R.  > Personal Information.

The Personal Information report can be opened at all levels:

• Account
• Company
• Division
• Location (Station)

Viewing the Report

The Personal Information report displays the personal data on all employees on the selected location, division, company, or account.

The Report contains the following information:

• Name
• EID
• Inactive
• D.O.B.
• S.S.N #
• Gender
• Address
• City
• State
• ZIP
• Fax
• Phone
• E-mail
• Mobile e-mail
