The Fuel Monitoring Report serves as a primary diagnostic tool for assessing equipment health, identifying compliance issues, and analyzing fuel inventory risks across all configured store locations. It provides real-time visibility and historical event tracking for connected Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) systems. Beyond basic Statistical Leak Detection (CSLD) results, this report aggregates ATG system status reports (i101), active alarms, equipment warnings, and environmental deviations.
Opening the Report
You can find the report at Reports > Fuel > Inventory > Fuel Monitoring Reports.
The report is enabled by default for all accounts provisioned with CStoreOffice® and fuel products. No manual setup or prior user request is required.

Supported Devices
The report collects and processes data from connected ATG and ANG equipment configured at each store location. Supported ATG models:

Viewing the Report
The report presents data in a structured tabular format. Below are the fields displayed for each recorded log entry:
- Date: Timestamp corresponding to the last call time or result period.
- Location: The name of the store (location).
- ATG Report: Source report type received from the ATG console (System Status Report, CSLD Results Report).
- Tank/Sensor Number: Identification number of the specific tank or sensor associated with the event.
- Alarm/Warning Category: Standardized category group of the alarm or notification.
- Alarm Type Number: Specific numeric identifier and name of the alarm condition.
- Status: Operational state or result of the check:
- ON: Indicates an active alarm, warning, or deviation condition on a tank or sensor.
- PASS: Indicates a successful result for a CSLD leak detection test or system check.
- NO ALARMS: Indicates that the ATG System Status Report check completed with no active alarms or errors present.
- NO DATA: Indicates that no call results or polling data were received from the ATG console during the specified time period.
Event Processing Algorithm
To eliminate false positives and transient hardware noise, the system processes ATG data through an automated evaluation algorithm running on a 50-minute polling cycle.
An event record is created in the report only when an active alarm condition satisfies any of the following threshold criteria during polling:
- The number of consecutive 50-minute polls where the event remains continuously active exceeding the Consecutive Polls threshold.
- The event is detected at least Minimum in Window times within the last consecutive Polling Cycles.
Once an event is logged, duplicate records for the same ongoing alarm are suppressed during the defined Cooldown Period.
An alarm cycle fully resets only after the ATG reports a clear state for the specified number of consecutive "clean polls". Once the Poll Reset threshold is achieved, any subsequent recurrence will initiate a new event cycle.
Thresholds depend on the critical SLA level assigned to the specific alarm type:

Filtering and Sorting the Report Data
To get the exact information you need, you can apply filters to the report. To set up a filter, click Advanced and select one or more filtering options. Once the filter is set up, at the bottom of the filter section, click the Refresh button to display the report data by the filter criteria.
The report provides the following filtering options:
- Date: Select the date you are interested in manually using the calendar.
- Stations Included: Select the stations you want to view the report for.
- Filter by Station Tags: Use this option to filter the report data by tags assigned to stations. The generated report will contain data only for those stations to which the selected tags are assigned. To select tags by which the report data must be filtered, expand the tags tree and select the check boxes next to the necessary tags.
The report data can be filtered by root tags and tags of the lower level in the tags hierarchy. A combined filter can also be created by selecting different root and child tags.

Additional Actions
To export the report's displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (.XLSX) spreadsheet, click the Convert to Excel button on top of the report.
To print the report, click the Print Version button on top of the report.
