Enabling Payments at Square Terminals

QwickServe integrates with Square terminals and allows your customers to pay at the terminals with cards when they place orders.

If you want to conduct online payments in QwickServe using the Square payment gateway, you will need to connect your Square account with the Petrosoft account.

The procedure below describes how to connect your Square account with the Petrosoft account.

Before following the procedure steps, make sure you are signed up with Square and have the username and password from the Square account.

Petrosoft does not collect or store any data on its servers and cannot access it. All information such as your private data, customers' private data and cards information is provided directly to Square.

To enable online payments with Braintree from the QwickServe device:

  1. Configure the Square integration. For details, see QwickServe Order Manager Square Integration.
  2. In the left menu of the administrator's interface, tap QwickServe Mobile.
  3. Tap Mobile Payments.
  4. In the Square Gateway section, make sure the following data is displayed:
  • The Connected status.
  • The name of the connected location.
