Step 1: Get Connected To the Cloud

Getting assistance

If you are a new user, you will be receiving steps to complete your login process shortly.

  1. Configure your location within the QwickServe Order Manager app. Follow the steps described here.
  2. Track your hardware shipment in the Customer Portal here.
  3. Login credentials for the Customer Portal are the same as for the Petrosoft Cloud account.

  4. Connect your hardware. Follow the steps described here.

If you have not received your hardware yet, we recommend you to proceed with other steps, such as Build Up Your Menu and Setting Up Payment Solutions.
