Step 10. Run Reports

To examine and analyze your sales data, you can view QwickServe reports right at QwickServe devices — QwickServe Order Manager and QwickServe Ordering Terminal. To start off, you may use the following reports:

  • Gross Profit report: This report provides revenue information and details about the location sales performance.
  • Inventory report: This report provides information about your inventory, including data on items purchases, spoilage and usage.
  • Shift report: This report provides information about sales, payments, taxes and discounts broken down by shifts.

For proper tracking of your sales data and for avoiding the sales data mismatch in the reports, make sure the date and time on your cash register match the date and time on the QwickServe devices.
