Setting Up Transaction Quantity Limit

The transaction quantity limit settings define the maximum quantity of the items which can be sold per one transaction. The transaction quantity limit settings can be downloaded from the cash register, customized in CStoreOffice® and then sent back to the cash register.

The transaction quantity limit functionality is available under the following conditions:
- At least one Verifone Commander CR must be installed at the account.
- Supported Verifone Commander versions: Base 51.14 and higher, Base 52 and higher.

To configure the transaction quantity limit settings in CStoreOffice®:

  1. Set up the transaction quantity limit strategy at the cash register level. For more information, see Setting Up Transaction Quantity Limit for Cash Register.
  2. Define the transaction quantity limit settings at the level you need:
  1. Go to the Cash Register Updates Manager form, to review the changes and send them to the cash register. Changes to the transaction quantity limits are displayed in the Updates section with the department changes, in a separate Transaction Qty Limit column.
