Deleting Items

Items deletion is available only at the account level. You cannot delete an item at the station level.

  • To delete an item, open it, and then click the Delete button.
  • To delete several items at a time, select these items and click Delete.

Deleted items are not completely removed from CStoreOffice®. They are marked as inactive and can be reactivated later, if needed, in certain conditions. For details, see Viewing Inactive Items.

This option is permission-based and available for the system users only. With the Allow users to delete Items permission granted, the user can delete items and the Delete button is available. For more information about how to grant a permission to the user, see Roles and Permissions.
