If you want to offer the car wash service to your customers, you need to set up a car wash item so that this item can interface with the car wash controller on your site.
Settings that you specify for the car wash item in CStoreOffice® must match the car wash controller configuration. In the opposite case, the created item will not be able to work with the car wash controller.
The Car Wash Items functionality is supported only by Radiant and Bulloch cash registers.
Prerequisites
Before creating a car wash item, make sure the following prerequisites are met:
- You are using a Bulloch or Radiant cash register on you site.

- A Car Wash department is created or already exists in CStoreOffice®. For details, see Setting Up Car Wash Departments.
- You have prepared the following information about each car wash type you have on your site depending on the permission settings:
- Car wash expiration time: for how many days the car wash must be active
- Wash code
- Wash type
- Car wash package code
- CRIND Car Wash Position On Screen
