Before you begin
The handheld should be seated firmly in the dock with both yellow release tabs clicked into place, reseating the handheld will also work.

Handheld isn't working properly
- Make sure the handheld is turned on and connected to the computer with the USB cable.
- Make sure that the handheld's USB has the power adapter plugged in to the cable and a power source.
- Restart the handheld and the computer. This option might cause data loss, so it is recommended only when nothing else works.
