Deleting Documents from Docs Scanner

After the documents are scanned, you may delete them directly from the Docs Scanner, if they are displayed in the Pending status.

To delete the scanned document in the Pending status:

  1. From the CStoreOffice® home page, go to Docs and Files > Docs Scanner.
  2. In the Locations list, select the location you need.
  3. In the Document Type list, select the document type you need.
  4. In the calendar, select the date of the scanned document.
  5. In the documents list, double-click the document you want to delete. You can delete only the document in the Pending status.
  6. In the Document Information form, click the Delete button.
  7. Click Yes, to confirm deletion.
