To ensure you receive the most accurate and helpful responses, it is important to communicate clearly with the AI. Follow these guidelines to reduce the time spent for troubleshooting:
- Provide context: When asking a question, include specific details such as Store IDs, device types, or error codes. The more context you provide, the better AI Assistant can address your unique situation.
- One question at a time: For the best results, focus on one specific problem per message. This allows the AI to process your request without confusion.
- Use multilingual capabilities: You are not limited to English. You can interact with the assistant in your preferred language, and it will respond accordingly.
- Confirm resolution: When your problem is successfully resolved, click the "I solved my issue" button at the top of the chat window. This helps the system track successful solutions and closes the session cleanly.
Your feedback matters
Your feedback directly affects how the assistant learns and how your issues are escalated:
- Helpful answer: Click the Thumbs Up icon.
- Unsatisfied: Click the Thumbs Down icon. This action automatically opens a support ticket containing your chat history and alerts a live representative to join the chat.
Human assistance
Struggling with a complex issue? Our AI Assistant can help get you started, but if you need further assistance, you can easily transfer the chat to a live representative:
- Ask the AI Assistant to connect you with a live person in your language. Simply type "get me a live person", "call an agent", "quiero hablar con una persona," and the like and wait for a live person to join the chat.
- Click Talk to an Agent button in the top area of the AI assistant chat session.
If there is a high volume of requests, connecting with a live specialist may take some time. To avoid waiting, you can add more details to the support ticket automatically created from your chat history. Our Support Team will do its best to resolve the problem and will reply to you as soon as they have an answer.
