Integrating with Lula Commerce

Lula Commerce provides of digital commerce solutions for retailers and quick-service restaurants. Through integration with CStoreOffice® with via the Business Documents API, you can seamlessly synchronize itemized inventory data between systems.

Onboarding

Onboarding with Lula Commerce is quick and straightforward, designed to get you up and running with minimal effort.

  1. Create an account at Lula Commerce if you do not already have one. To create an account, fill out Connect with Lula form or contact a Lula sales representative via sales@lulacommerce.com.
  2. Purchase Business Documents API subscription and assign it to your business unit.
  3. Create a dedicated service account for Lula Commerce integration in CStoreOffice®. From the CStoreOffice® main page, go to Settings > General > Employees, click New, and fill in the required details. Read the Creating an API User article for more information.
    If you do not have administrative permissions for CStoreOffice®, contact your system administrator to create an account for you.
  4. By default, CStoreOffice® requires users to update their password every 90 days, which may not be suitable for service accounts. To avoid interruptions of automated processes and integrations, use a special email address format for the account: <any text>.api@<domain name>.

  5. Inform the Lula sales representative at sales@lulacommerce.com that the Business Documents API has been activated on the Petrosoft side, so they can proceed with the configuration on their side.
    Please mention the account's email address used in the Step 3 in the email.
