When Must a Notification be Published?

Notifications must be published in the following cases:

  • Planned internal maintenance activities performed by Petrosoft that may affect the Sandbox and/or Production environments.
  • The following critical issues with instability of an internal system that affect the Sandbox and/or Production environments:
  • CStoreOffice® is down
  • Multiple unsuccessful cases of logging into CStoreOffice®
  • The 500 Internal Server Error message at the CStoreOffice® page
  • The 502 Bad Gateway message at the CStoreOffice® page
  • VPN server is down
  • Server errors on any cluster
  • Global network/power outage which is the responsibility of the 3rd parties, such as internet providers, Bilmar telephone companies and so on.

In all cases listed above the corresponding notification must be published immediately.
