Activating a New Device

To activate a new device:

  1. In the Devices list, tap Activate a New Device twice.
  2. From the locations list, tap the location where your device will be installed.

  3. Scan the QR Code from your device:
  • SmartPOS:
  1. Connect the SmartPOS unit to power supply.
  2. Turn it on.
  3. Scan the QR code from the SmartPOS unit screen.

  • Direct Connect Box 701/401/420:
  1. Connect the Direct Connect box to power supply.
  2. Turn it on.
  3. Scan the QR code on the top of the Direct Connect box.
  4. Set up and connect your device.
  5. Make sure the device is added to the Devices list in the Retail 360 Mobile app.
