Activating a New Device
To activate a new device:
- In the Devices list, tap Activate a New Device twice.
- From the locations list, tap the location where your device will be installed.
- Scan the QR Code from your device:
- Connect the SmartPOS unit to power supply.
- Turn it on.
- Scan the QR code from the SmartPOS unit screen.
- Direct Connect Box 701/401/420:
- Connect the Direct Connect box to power supply.
- Turn it on.
- Scan the QR code on the top of the Direct Connect box.
- Set up and connect your device.
- Make sure the device is added to the Devices list in the Retail 360 Mobile app.
