Viewing the Item's Information

In Retail 360 Mobile, you can view the item's information in the following ways:

• View the item's data in the Items list.
• View the item's data in the item card.
• View the item's sales and retail data.

Viewing the Item's Data in the Items List

To view the basic item's data in the Items list:

1. In the Search field, enter the name of the item you need.
   Result: The list of items displays only items the name of which matches the search criteria.
2. Swipe down and up to find your item and see its card with basic information. In the Items list, you can view the following basic data about each item:

• Name
• Price
• Category
• On Hand
• Image
• UPC code
• Size
• MIN Stock
• GPM
• Manufacturer
• CR Department
• Last update

  

Viewing the Item's Data in the Item Card

To view the item's data in the item card:

1. In the Search field, enter the name of the item you need.
   Result: The list of items displays only items the name of which matches the search criteria.
2. Swipe down and up to find your item and see its card with basic information.
3. Tap the item you need, to open its card.

   

Viewing the Item's Sales and Retail Data

To view the item's data in the item card:

1. In the Search field, enter the name of the item you need.
   Result: The list of items displays only items the name of which matches the search criteria.
2. Swipe down and up to find your item and see its card with basic information.
3. Tap the item you need, to open its card.
4. In the item's card, tap the Sales and Retail section.

   
   Result: The item's Sales and Retail section is displayed with the following data:

• Retail
• Profit
• GPM
• Last sale retail
• Last sale date
• Recommended retail
• Last retail update
• Upcoming retail

  

To view the item's sales and retail data for other locations, in the Sales and Retail section, swipe left and right to switch between locations.
