Removing Full-Screen Customer Display Images

To remove the full-screen customer display images, follow these steps:

  1. In the Devices list, tap the SmartPOS device you want to remove the images from.

  2. Tap Customer display and receipt.

  3. To remove the full-screen customer display images, tap the red recycle bin icon in the upper-right corner of the image you want to remove.

  4. Do one of the following:
  5. Wait for 5 minutes until the image disappears from the display of SmartPOS.
  6. To remove the image from the display of SmartPOS immediately, update the SmartPOS price book. For details, see General Information.
