Company Losses Report
This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Company Losses report.
Opening Report
You can find the report at Reports > Store > Inventory > Shortages > Company Losses. For more information, see Viewing Reports.
Viewing Report
The Company Losses report provides advanced information on losses of the station companies for the specified period.
The report contains the following information:.
- The Inventory loss by location diagram
- The Company inventory loss diagram
- The Losses by station ($) diagram
- The No Sale diagram
- The table with the following data:
- Inventory: Cost and Retail
- Write-Offs : Cost and Retail
- Cash
- Lottery
- Refunds
- Voids
- No Sales

Filtering Report Data
To get the exact information you need, you can apply filters to the report. To set up a filter, select one or more filtering options. Once the filter is set up, at the bottom of the filter section, click the Refresh button to display the report data by the filter criteria.
The report provides the following filtering options:
- Date. Specify the period you are interested in manually using the calendar or use one of the available filtering options, and then click Refresh There are the following filtering periods available:
- Custom Date
- Current Month
- Current Quarter
- Current Year
- Last Month
- Last Quarter
- Last Year
- Last 12 Months
- advanced. Click the advanced button, select the station you are interested in and the click Refresh.
Additional Actions
To view more detailed information for the station you are interested in, click the corresponding values in the following table columns:
- Inventory column - to view the Inventory Adjustment History report.
- Write-Offs column - to view the Write-Offs by Tags report.
- Cash column - to view the Cash Reconciliation report.
- Lottery column - to view the Instant Lottery : Shortages History report.
- Refunds, Voids, No Sales columns - to view the event in the LPA video journal.
