Working with Shift Reports for Consigned Stations
For consigned stations, CStoreOffice® offers a reduced version of shift reports. Such shift reports contain data only on fuel sales.
Shift reports for consigned stations help the station owner to perform the following activities:
- Trace fuel sales conducted by the agent
- Keep record of the book inventory
In shift reports for consigned stations, the following information is presented:
- Sales Summary: The Revenue section presents information about all fuel sales broken down by service type (Full Service, Middle Service, Self Service). Information in Net Dpt Sales, Lottery Net Sales, Money Order Sales, Car Wash Sales and Other Revenue sections is not reported and all values are equal to 0.
- Money Totals: Information in this section does not differ from that in a regular shift report.
- Short/Over: Information in this section does not differ from that in a regular shift report.
- NRGT: Information in this section is not reported and all values are equal to 0.
Shift reports for consigned stations can be accepted manually or automatically, just like regular shift reports. For details on how to enable automatic acceptance of shift reports, see Shared Options.
