In the Pending Shifts section, you can view the following information about each shift in the Pending status:
- CR#
- Shift#
- Shift ID
- Date
- Shift Time: If the red exclamation mark is displayed for the shift, it means that the shift date and/or time was edited manually. To view more, hover over the exclamation mark.
- AVG Scan Rate
- Voids, $: Voids values are displayed without taxes due to the source from which the data is taken—consolidated cash register report. While in the LPA Video Journal, the voids data is displayed with taxes as it is taken directly from transactions. For more information, see Viewing the Video Journal.
- No Sales
- Customer Count
- Refunds, $
- Cancels (Error Corrections), $
