Price Groups Management Report
This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Price Groups Management report.
Opening the Report
You can find the report at Reports > PB > Retail > Price Groups Management. For more information, see Viewing Reports.
Working with the Report
The Price Groups Management report provides the list of price groups on your account. In this report, you can manage prices for your account's price groups in bulk by performing any of the following actions:
- View price groups for any of the account's tags
- Edit prices for all groups and tags in bulk
- Edit prices for a certain group at all account's stations
Viewing Price Groups for any of the Account's Tags
You can view the list of account's price groups for the account's stations or tags.
- To view the list of price groups for the account's stations:
- To view the list of price groups for the account's tags:
- At the top of the report, select By Tags.
- In the list to the right of the By Tags list, select the tag you need.
- Click Refresh.
Editing Prices for All Groups and Tags in Bulk
To edit prices for all price groups and tags in bulk:
- Open the Price Groups Management report for the tags you need. For details, see Viewing Price Groups for any of the Account's Tags.
- For each price you want to edit:
- Click the field with the price you want to edit.
- Enter a new price.
- If any price group has items with the fixed retail price and you still want to update this price's value, select the Ignore fixed retails option.
- At the top of the report, click Save.

Editing Prices for a Certain Group at all Account's Stations
To edit prices for a certain group and all account's stations:
- In the Price Groups Management report, click the price group the price of which you want to edit.
Result: The list of account's stations with prices for this group opens. - At the top of the stations list, click Edit.
- In the Retail Price, $ column, enter a new price value for each station you need.
- If any price group has items with the fixed retail price and you still want to update this price's value, select the Ignore fixed retails option.
- At the top of the stations list, click Save.

Filtering and Sorting Report Data
To get the exact information you need, you can apply filters to the report. To set up a filter, click Advanced and select one or more filtering options. Once the filter is set up, at the bottom of the filter section, click the Refresh button to display the report data by the filter criteria.
The report provides the following filtering and sorting options:
- Filter by Item Tags. Use this option to filter the report data by tags assigned to items. The generated report will contain data only for those items to which the selected tags are assigned.
To select tags by which the report data must be filtered, expand the tags tree and select the check boxes next to the necessary tags. You can filter the report data by root tags and tags of the lower level in the tags hierarchy. You can also create a combined filter by selecting different root and child tags. - Filter by Items. Use this option, to filter the report data by specific items you need. Below the Items list, use the following options and buttons to add the items to this filter or to remove them:
- Show Only: Select this option, to view only the information for the selected items.
- Show All Except: Select this option, to view the information for all the items except the selected ones.
- Find: Use this button, to find the items you need.
- Find & Clear: Use this button, to find the items you need and remove items already added before.
- Select All: Use this button, to select all items.
- Clear: Use this button, to clear selection of all items.
Press CTRL, to select several items at a time.
Select the Show Only option to view only the information for the selected items, and Show All Except to view the information for all the items except the selected ones.
