Postpone Retail Change Report
This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Postpone Retail Change report.
Opening the Report
You can open the report in one of the following ways:
- Go to Reports > Price Book > Retail > Postpone Retail Change Report. For more information, see Viewing Reports.
- Go to Price Book > Items > select item > View/Edit > Sales & Retail > Change Prices > Postpone Related Change Report. For details, see Setting Up Upcoming Retail Changes.
- Go to Price Book > CR Departments > select a department > click the Change Retail Prices button.
- Go to Price Book > Categories > select a category > click the Change Retail Prices button.
Viewing the Report
The Postpone Retail Change report provides information about the items upcoming prices that will take effect in future. The report provides the following information about each upcoming price change:
- Postpone ID: ID of the upcoming price change.
- Station name: Name of the station to which the upcoming price is applied.
- UPC: UPC of the item for which the upcoming price is set up.
- New Retail: New price set up for the item.
- Created At: Date when the upcoming price is set up.
- Change At: Date when the upcoming price must take effect.
- Is Applied: Specifies if the upcoming price has taken effect or not.
- On Cash Register: Specifies if the upcoming price has been sent to the CR by the Cash Register Updates Manager or not. For more details, see Configuring Upcoming Price Settings at CR.
Filtering the Report Data
To get the exact information you need, you can apply filters to the report. To set up a filter, select one or more filtering options. Once the filter is set up, at the bottom of the filter section, click the Refresh button to display the report data by the filter criteria.
The report provides the following filtering options:
- Stations Included: Select the stations for which you want to view the report.
- Filter by Station Tags: Use this option to filter the report data by tags assigned to stations. The generated report will contain data only for those stations to which the selected tags are assigned.
To select tags by which the report data must be filtered, expand the tags tree and select the check boxes next to the necessary tags. You can filter the report data by root tags and tags of the lower level in the tags hierarchy. You can also create a combined filter by selecting different root and child tags. - Filter by Item Tags: Use this option to filter the report data by tags assigned to items. The generated report will contain data only for those items to which the selected tags are assigned.

You can also create a combined filter by selecting different root and child tags. - Filter by Items: Use this option to filter the report by specific items.
- Filter is applied: Use this option to display only those upcoming price changes that have been applied at the CR.
- Filter by pending CR update: Use this option to filter upcoming price changes by the CR update criterion:
- If the Yes filter value is selected, the report displays only those upcoming prices that have been set up since the data was last exported to the CR with the Cash Register Updates Manager. In this case, the report displays the upcoming price changes using the green color (for created and updated upcoming prices) and the red color (for deleted upcoming prices).
- If the No filter value is selected, the report displays all upcoming price changes except the deleted ones.
If the Filter by pending CR update filter is not displayed in the report, make sure the Send upcoming price changes to POS option is selected in the location options. For details, see Shared Options.
Press CTRL, to select several items at a time.
Select the Show Only option to view only the information for the selected items, and Show All Except to view the information for all the items except the selected ones.
