Missing Invoices Report
This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Missing Invoices report.
Opening the Report
You can open the report by clicking the Missing Invoices link in the Itemized Inventory form, under the Exceptions subsection.
The Missing Invoices link is displayed, if there is an overage of items found from one vendor. The number of overstock items is displayed to the right of the link.

Viewing the Missing Invoices Report
The Missing Invoices report displays the overstock items from one vendor. If such items are discovered, it means that the invoices on them for some reasons were not entered into the system. With the Missing Invoices report, you can check overstock items from one vendor and add the invoices on them in order to have correct inventory data.
The report contains the following information:
- Category #: The identifier of the category with the overstock items.
- UPC: The UPC of the overstock item.
- Vendor / Category Description: The description of the category and vendor with the overstock items.
- Size: The size of the overstock item.
- Over: The number of overstock items in this vendor / category.
- Inv.Average: The average inventory value for the item.
- QTY: The number of overstock items from the vendor.
Filtering and Sorting Report Data
To get the exact information you need, you can apply filters to the report. To set up a filter, select one or more filtering options. Once the filter is set up, at the bottom of the filter section, click the Refresh button to display the report data by the filter criteria.
You can filter the report results by the Category and Vendor values. To filter the report results:
- At the top of the report, click Advanced.
- In the Category or in the Vendor column, select the category or vendor correspondingly for which you want to view the report results. You may select both the category and vendor values at once.
