Switching to the Administrator's Interface
Depending on the current interface, you can switch to the administrator's interface in the following ways:
Switching to the Administrator's Interface from the Main Interface
When the QwickServe Order Manager is launched, the main interface is displayed.
To switch from the main interface to the administrator's interface:
- Tap Setup.
- From the authorization panel:
- In the Employee list, select you user and tap it.
- Using the PIN Pad at the right of the panel, enter the user PIN.
Switching to the Administrator's Interface from the Orders Management Interface
To switch to the administrator's interface from the orders management interface:
- At the top left corner of the orders management interface, tap the settings icon.
- From the authorization panel:
- In the Employee list, select you user and tap it.
- Using the PIN Pad at the right of the panel, enter the user PIN.
About Administrator's Interface
Administrator’s interface consists of 3 main parts: Top Menu, Right Menu, and Working Area.
Top Menu contains the following elements:
- The Back icon that switches you to the Customer’s interface.
- The name of the QwickServe device:
- KDU: QwickServe Order Manager
- SSOT: Setting Up QwickServe Curbside
- Current user name, current date, weekday and local time.
Right Menu contains the following elements:
- At the top of the menu:
- The Menu icon that opens the menu setup interface.
- The Payments icon that opens the payment options tab.
- The QwickServe Mobile icon that opens the QwickServe Mobile settings tab.
- The Reports icon that opens the Reports tab for viewing and printing the reports.
- At the bottom of the menu:
- The Settings icon that opens the device settings tab.
- The Accept Changes icon that allows you to apply updates to the menu to the device.
- The bundle icon that displays the bundle type you are using. The following bundle types are available:
- Free
- Growth
- Pro
- Version number. The application's current version. If a newer version is available, the refresh icon is displayed that allows you to download application's updates, if any.
Working Area contains the corresponding elements of the opened menu or tab.
