Employee Performance Rating Scale

Every time a customer responds to the experience survey by tapping the emoji icon on SmartPOS customer-facing display or on the self-service SmartPOS device, a new rating is added to the employee's score. For consistency with other scores in the system, each emoji is mapped to a certain value on a digital 10-grade scale:

Employee performance is calculated as the average of all scores received during their shifts. For example, if an employee receives one bad rating (2), one good rating (10), and one average rating (6) during the shift, their overall performance score for that shift would be:

( 2 + 10 + 6 ) / 3 = 6

Transactions without customer's response are not included in the performance score calculation.
