Step 7. Complete Activation

DC-401 device is no longer available for purchase. It has been replaced by DC-420, which offers the same features and functionality. Since both models are identical from the user experience and UI part, they will be collectively referred to as the DC-400 series.

If you are off site and configuring DC-400 series device, you may receive this error due to the inability for the DC Box to verify the connection. If these settings are correct but you are not on site, you can click Apply and Continue.

You have now completed the installation process.

If you need to make any further adjustments after this wizard, you can navigate to 10.10.2.1/status.

You can get the IP address from DC-400 series device directly.
