FAQs: PIM
In some cases, you may encounter problems with PIM.
Use the list of Possible PIM Issues below, to find your issue and learn how to fix it.
Possible PIM Issues

If a primary vendor is set up in CStoreOffice®, its data cannot be sent to PIM.
If a primary vendor is set up in PIM, you can send its data to CStoreOffice® using the Sending Updates to Locations feature in PIM.

The deleting items feature is permission-based. The user is allowed to delete the items in PIM, if the Allow users to delete items permission is granted to the user's role.
For managing user permissions in PIM, granting or restricting user access to PIM functionality, submit the corresponding request to the Petrosoft Support team.

If you need to export the future costs from CStoreOffice® or PIM to update the future costs for a new VIN that is set up in the system, submit the request to the Petrosoft Support team.
Please note that such request can be processed for an additional charge.
