For the DC Box to act as a bridge between CStoreOffice® and the cash register, a stable connection to the Internet is required.
Before requesting an installation appointment with a Petrosoft technician, verify the following:
- There is a stable and reliable Internet connection at the site.
- You know the location of the main internet router from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as Comcast, Verizon and so on.
- There is an available Ethernet port on either the Internet router or any Internet switch that may be attached.
