New features and improvements
Tracking customer sentiment in event chronicles
New feature. Customer satisfaction feedback events are displayed in Risk Event Chronicles report. The Risk Event Chronicles report now includes shopping experience feedback events when the customer taps the emoji icon on the SmartPOS customer-facing touchscreen at checkout.
These events only come from SmartPOS terminals with customer-facing touchscreen and self-service SmartPOS devices and requires the corresponding SmartPOS feature to be enabled. |
