Employee performance score in Video Journal

New feature. Employee performance score in Video Journal entries.

Video recordings from store cameras are accompanied by the 10-grade employee performance scores calculated from customer feedback collected via SmartPOS. This allows you to investigate the root cause of low customer satisfaction, better decide on incentives and fines, and take preventive measures for the future.
