This section contains the information on the Fuel Central software and hardware new features and changes in scope of the current version of the August/2017 release.

Improved

The accuracy of the following invoices data has been changed:
At Vendors > Purchase Invoices > Add New form:
- Gross QTY and Net QTY fields - to 2 decimal places
- Rate field - to 7 decimal places, negative values can now be entered
At Customers > Sales Invoices > Add New form:
- QTY field - to 2 decimal places
- Unit Price field - to 7 decimal places, negative values can now be entered

New		A new fuel type - 'E Fuel' - is now available in Fuel Central.
Changed		Minor usability improvement made at Fuel Central > Settings > Bulk Terminals . 'FAC #' field has been renamed into 'TCN' (Terminal Control Number).
Changed		Minor usability improvement made at FC > Vendors > Purchase Invoice > Edit. A new 'Add' button has been added to each row of Products grid to allow inserting new rows when editing the grid contents.

Changed		Minor usability improvement made to drop-down lists of fuel distribution settings. The lists have been made wider.
Changed		Improvement made at Fuel Central >Vendors > BOLs. Date and time selection tool has been redesigned for the usability purposes.
Changed		Usability improvement made to the process of working with purchase and sale invoices. Currently when you create a new purchase invoice with fuel and non-fuel products, all positions are pulled to a new sale invoice with the same number as the one of the purchase invoice. Previously only product info was pulled and taxes had to be populated manually.
Changed		Security improvement made at Fuel Central > Vendors > Purchase Invoices. It is currently not possible to enter the discount amount with negative values.
Changed		Improvement made at Fuel Central > Vendors > Purchase Invoices. It is now possible to sent the bills to email.
Changed		Security improvement made at Fuel Central > Vendors > Purchase Invoices. It is currently not possible to enter the discount amount more than 100%.

New		A new feature has been added at Fuel Central. It is now possible to send the fuel orders to drivers via MMS at Fuel Central > Vendors > Fuel Orders.
Changed		Improvement made to the way the bulk terminals display at Distribution > Products > Taxes > Bulk terminal. Currently the FAC# is displayed in front of the terminal name.
Changed		Minor usability improvement made at Fuel Central > Drivers. "Print POs" button has been renamed into "Send POs".
Changed		Minor usability improvement at Vendors > Vendors List. Vendors has been renamed into suppliers for the product.

Changed		Improvement made at Settings > General > Distribution > Company Preferences. The "Use Vendor Bill deferred taxes and dates" option has been deleted as not needed.
Changed		Minor usability improvement made at Settings > Distribution > Trailer Types > Rounding selection. Previously it was a box for manual entry. Now it is a drop-down list.
Changed		Minor usability improvement made at Settings > Distribution > Truck Terminals > add new. The obligatory fields are now marked with asterisk in the left pane.
Changed		Minor usability improvement made at Settings > Distribution > Preferences. "Preferences" option has been renamed into "Company Preferences".
