Loyalty Status Query

To check the Loyalty ID status, on cashier screen of the Gilbarco Passport cash register:

1. Click Loyalty Status.
2. In the Enter Petrosoft ID? confirmation message, click Yes.

   

3. Click on Manual button to see an invitation on PIN pad and type in a Loyalty ID value:



4. Check up a loyalty ID status on the receipt.



The Name of the loyalty program provider, as well as loyalty promotions in which the loyalty ID participates can be seen on the receipt.
