Printing Shelf Tags Using Printer

Currently, you can print shelf tags from the Retail 360 Mobile app, using printers of the Brother RJ-2150 and RJ-3150 models only.

Before you start printing your shelf tags from the Retail 360 Mobile using a printer, make sure the following conditions are met:

• The Brother printer is paired with your mobile device via Bluetooth.
How to pair the Brother printer with your mobile device

1. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
2. Go to Bluetooth section > Available devices.
3. In the list of available devices, find the Brother printer.
4. Tap the Brother printer name and pair your mobile device with it.

The steps above may differ depending on your mobile device model. For more information, refer to the manufacturer's documentation.

• Printer settings are configured in Retail 360 Mobile.

• Shelf tags set is created.
  For more information, see Creating a New Shelf Tags Set.

 

To print shelf tags from Retail 360 Mobile using printer:

1. In the Shelf Tags list, select the shelf tags set you need and tap it.

   

2. At the bottom menu of the Shelf Tags screen, swipe left until the Print All menu is selected.
3. From the Print All menu, swipe up.

   

4. Wait until all shelf tags are printed. You can track the progress in the Retail 360 Mobile app's screen.
