Contacting the Petrosoft Support Team from Retail 360 Mobile

In case of any issues with the Retail 360 Mobile app, you may contact the Petrosoft Support team:

  1. From the Start menu, tap Contact support.
  2. In the Welcome to LiveChat screen:
  3. In the Name field, enter your name.
  4. In the E-mail field, enter your email.
  5. In the Phone field, enter you phone number.
  6. In the Choose a department list, select the Petrosoft department you need to contact with:
  7. Tap Start the chat.
