Removing Customer Display Images with Basket on Screen

To remove the customer display images with basket on the screen, follow these steps:

1. In the Devices list, tap the SmartPOS device you want to remove the images from.

   

2. Tap Customer display and receipt.

   

3. Swipe up.
4. To remove the full-screen customer display images, tap the red recycle bin icon in the upper-right corner of the image you want to remove..

   

5. You can do one of the following:
6. Wait for 5 minutes until the image disappears from the display of SmartPOS.
7. To remove the image from the display of SmartPOS immediately, update the SmartPOS price book. For details, see General Information.
