Shift Report Header

The information at the top of the shift report identifies the shift.

The edit dates button which allows you to edit the time of the shift is available only for the users with the system role.

If sales data for a specific period is missing in the system, CStoreOffice® will display the following notification: "Sales information for period is missing. Before accepting another shift report, you need to enter this shift manually". At the bottom of the notification, click the link highlighted in red to enter the data for missing shifts.

Field Description
CR Shift# The shift ID generated by the cash register to keep track of the shift reports.
Date From Date and time when the shift started.
Date To Date and time when the shift ended.
Date Date the shift belongs to.
DayShift The sequence number of the shift for the day. For example, the first, the second, or the third shift of the day.

At the bottom of the Shift Report Header section, you can view the Shift History report generated for the current shift. For more information, see Shift History Report.
