Repulling Shifts from the Passport Cash Register

If you have some hours missing in the shift, you can repull this shift directly on the cash register.

To repull the shift on the Passport CR:

  1. On the primary Passport cash register, log into the manager's workstation.
  2. Go to Setup > Store > BackOffice > XML Repoll Files.
  3. Do either of the following:
  • Select 1 == shift and then select shift close.
  • Select 2 == store and then select store close.
  1. Select Repoll all configured files.
  2. In the calendar, select the shift starting day.
  3. Click OK or Repoll.
  4. When the repolling operation is complete, click OK.
  5. Click exit.
  6. Click POS.
