Exceptions File

The file with exceptions is generated and sent together with the GSAP reports under the following conditions:

  • GSAP reports are sent automatically on the schedule.
  • There is at least one of the following issues with shifts or taxes occurred during the reports generation:
  • Shifts data is not available.
  • Taxes data is not available. All taxes values are equal to zero.

Please note that the file with exceptions is not generated for the Waste GSAP report since this report is not based on shifts and taxes data.

In case only the Waste GSAP report is generated, no exceptions file is sent. Please note that the exceptions file is not generated for the Waste GSAP report since if only the Waste GSAP report is generated, the exceptions file is not sent since

Exceptions File Structure

Exceptions are saved into the XLS file with the following structure:

  • Date: The date when the exception was occurred.
  • Clocation: Location (station) name in CStoreOffice®.
  • Type: Exception type. The following exception types are tracked:
  • Shift data is not available
  • Taxes data is not available
