Opening the Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR Log

To open the Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR Log report:

  1. Open the Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR report.
  2. From the report form do one of the following:
  • At the top of the report, click the View Log button.


    or

  • At the bottom of the report, go to Related Information > Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR Export Log.

Tracking the Status of the Report Sending

In the Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR Log report, you can view the following data:

  • Date #: The date and time when the report was sent.
  • Status: The report sending status.

To view more details about the report sending for the specific date, click the corresponding row. The following detailed data will be displayed:

  • User: The user who triggered the report sending.
  • Station id: The identifier of the station for which the report was generated and sent.
  • Create file: The name and path to the file with the report data. The file can be downloaded within the last month.

You can view the Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR Log for the period you need by defining it at the top of the report.

Downloading the Reports Sent within the Last Month

You can download the Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR report's files in JSON format sent within the last month. To download the report files:

  1. From the Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR report's form, do one of the following:
  • Click the View Log button.
    or
  • In the Related Information section, click Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR Export Log.
  1. In the Tobacco Scan Data supporting RJR Log report:
  2. Select the date for which you need to download the report sent.
  3. Go to the bottom of the detailed information about the report sent.
  4. In the Create file row, click the file name.
  5. Save the file on your computer.
