How to Find Your Altria Credentials

To find your Altria Credentials, such as Account Number and Retail Account Number for all stations (locations) on your account:

1. Go to insightsc3m.com and log into it:
1. Enter the following credentials:

• Username
• Password

2. Click Log In.

   

3. At the top right of the home page, in the Account# field, find your Account Number.

   For example, the Account Number displayed in the image below is equal to 012345.

   

4. To find the Retail Account Number values for all locations at your account:
1. In the left menu, click My Reporting Center.
2. In the Payments & Promotions section, click View Price Promotions.

   

3. In the Price Promotions section, click Export as...

   
   Result: The Export to form opens.

4. In the Export to Form:
1. In the Type section, select Store Details.
2. Click Export.

   

5. Save the exported file and open it.
6. In the opened file:
1. Go to the PM USA Store Level Detail sheet.
2. Find the Retail Account Number column. It should be the column A. In this column, you can find the Retail Account Number values for all stations (locations) on your account.

   For example, the Retail Account Number values displayed in the image below equal to 654321, 654322, 654323, 654324, 654325, 654326, 654327, 654328, 654329.
