Setting Up the Daily Sales Data Export

To set up export of sales data with the Daily Sales Summary report:

1. At the top of the report form, click Transport.
2. In the Select view for transport field, choose the report view to be exported.
3. In the Transport Type list, select the transport method that must be used to deliver the exported data to the necessary destination:

• FTP: Select this option to export the sales data to the FTP server. Specify the following settings to connect to the server:
• Host: FTP host name.
• Path: A path to the folder on the server.
• User Name
• Password
• SFTP: Select this option to export the sales data to the SFTP server. Specify the following settings to connect to the server:
• Host: SFTP host name.
• Path: A path to the folder on the server.
• User Name
• Password
• email: Select this option to export the sales data to the specified email addresses:
• Export to email: Specify the email address to which the report will be sent.
• Add email: Add more email addresses, if needed.

3. Specify the data sending schedule. In the Period Type list, select the sending period:

• Daily: Specify the following daily period settings:
• Time
• Period (D): Select from Last day to Last 14 days.
• Weekly: Specify the following weekly period settings:
• Day (W): Select the weekday.
• Time
• Period / From (W)
• Period / To (W)
• Monthly: Specify the following monthly period settings:
• Day (M): Select the day of the month.
• Time
• Period (M): Select Current Month or Last Month.
• Add Schedule Day: Add more sending periods, if needed.

4. In the Export from Locations list, select the source from which the sales data will be exported:

• Locations: Select the stations (locations) you want to export the report data for.
• Location Tags: Select the tags assigned to stations (locations). The exported report will contain data only for those stations to which the selected tags are assigned.

5. Click Save Settings.
   Result: The specified report export settings are saved. The report data will be exported based on the specified settings at the time you have defined.
