To view the Gross Profit Report from the QwickServe device, in the administrator's interface, tap Reports > Gross Profit.
The Gross Profit Report displays the following information:
- Shift ID
- Shift #
- Date/Time
- Qty: Quantity of items sold
- COGS: Cost of Goods Sold
- Amount
- Profit
- %, Profit
You can do the following:
- To view the detailed information for the shift, tap the corresponding shift.
- To view the details for the made-to-order item, tap the item.
- To print the report, tap the icon for printing.
To print the report in detailed view, tap the icon for printing when the item data is expanded.
