QwickServe Mobile Location Settings
To inform the system that you would like to display a specific location in QwickServe Mobile, you need to configure the location settings in QwickServe Cloud or QwickServe device in a proper way.
To configure the locations settings in the QwickServe device:
- In the left menu of the administrator's interface, tap QwickServe Mobile.
- Tap Settings.
- In the Listing Information section, configure the following location settings:
- Location Name: Enter the location name.
- Short Description: Enter the location description, if any.
- Address: Enter the location street name and building number.
- City: Enter the location city.
- ZIP Code: Enter the location ZIP code.
- State / Province: Select the state or province of your location.
- Location Image: The location logo in the PNG format. The recommended logo size is 450 x 450 in pixel.
- In the Contacts section, specify the phone number for support issues.
- In the Payment Options Enabled section, select the options you want to provide to your customers for payment and also select the merchant provider you location use:
- Pay with Card
- Pay Upon Pickup
- In the Delivery Options Enabled section, select the options you want to display for the customers during the ordering process:
- In the Location Timezone section, select the location timezone.
- In the Deli Working Hours section, set up the working hours for your location, during which the location will be able to accept customers' orders. If it will work 24/7, click 24 for each weekday.
- At the bottom right of the Settings form, tap Save.
- In the Listing Approval section, provide the following contact data:
- Approval Contact Name
- Phone Number
- In the Listing Approval section, tap Send for Approval.
- Once the location settings are approved, the Approved status is displayed in the Listing Approval section.
