The Shifts settings section allows you to configure settings shifts settings for QwickServe devices.
To view and manage QwickServe shift settings:
- In the left menu of the administrative interface, tap the settings icon.
- Tap the Shifts tab.
- On the Shifts tab, view and adjust the following settings:
- Enable Shift Sending: Select this check box to enable sending shift data from the register.
- Enable Auto Sending: Select this check box to send the shift data automatically.
- Include All Orders: Select this check box to send data on all orders including the ones NOT paid at the terminal.
- Include Orders Paid Online: Select this check box to send data on all orders including the ones paid online.
- Orders in the Next Shift: The number of orders in the current shift. Tap Remove Pending Orders to clear the order queue.
- Next Shift Start: The time when the next shift starts.
- Next Shift End: The time when the next shift ends.
- Send Shift Manually: Tap this button to send the shift data manually right now.
- After you configure shift settings, tap Save.
