Confirm that the unit is properly connected to a power source:
- Ensure the SSOT unit's power cable is connected to the surge protector.
- Confirm that the power cable is firmly attached to the SSOT unit.
- Verify that the power block and power cable are securely connected.

- Confirm is the printer lights are on. If not, try rebooting the unit.
- Ensure that the printer is properly configured in the Printer settings.

- Verify that the paper is loaded correctly.
- Try changing the paper roll to the new one.

Reboot the unit. If the issue persists, contact Petrosoft Support for a warranty replacement.

- Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the unit and the network router or switch.
- Verify that the router or switch has an active internet connection.
- Check if your router's firewall rules are blocking outbound connections from the unit.
- Restart your router to refresh the network connection.
- Contact your IT personnel or ISP to check for any network outages or service disruptions.
- Verify the unit's connection settings if it is configured with a static IP address.
