Firewall Device: Citgo/Paysafe (Cisco Meraki)

In all configurations with a fuel brand firewall, QwickServe and DC-401 devices must be connected to the back-office VLAN of the firewall device. In this case, it is LAN 3 port of the firewall device.

The firewall most commonly met at Paysafe/Citgo sites is Cisco Meraki.

LAN3 supplies the Internet to devices connected to LAN 3 port.

A switch can be installed in LAN3 to extend the number of connected devices and provide the manager's computer and other back-office devices with the Internet access and a safe route to Verifone Commander.

Citgo/Paysafe sites are managed by the ControlScan company and by default do not allow access to the POS from the back-office VLAN. To approve the following IP addresses ahead of time, contact the ControlScan Support Team. It is the standard operating procedure for ControlScan to provide a Firewall Change Request (FCR) form that asks the retailer to list the IP addresses to be opened up to the POS.

When contacting ControlScan, be sure to request access and fill out the provided form with these specific IP addresses:
